Location Location, Location

Our house is located in Dorsoduro, a most desirable and central neighborhood for Venetians and tourists alike. The house has a garden, courtyard, and three stories, each one with a small apartment. These flats are only minutes from major attractions and water transportation but secluded from crowds and heavy foot traffic.

The house is on Calle Lunga, San Barnaba - Three minutes walk from the vaporetto at Ca' Rezzonico and five minutes from the San Basilio stop on the Zattere. Within five minutes walk we can purchase daily fish and peruse a farmers' market. Conveniently located are restaurants from pizza to fancy, the best ice-cream, two supermarkets, bread store, bakeries, fax and copy facilities, internet cafe, art, antiques, old lace...

Each apartment has access to the outside, either garden, large balcony with a view of garden and local church tower, or terrace with view of local gardens, roofs, and parish church. Other amenities include architectural design from the sixties, original art, exposed beams, marble floors, fully equipped kitchens, linens, hair dryer, and washing machine. An assortment of rain boots and umbrellas, and a shopping cart are also available.
